The sunken kitchen extension is linked to the living room by a wide stair creating a strong visual connection between the two spaces, ideal for family living.

The spaces can also be closed off to each other with concealed sliding pocket doors. The kitchen is both top lit by a large skylight and side lit by a new window onto the street creating a bright and spacious room.
