PROCESS

Inspired by local artist David Cox’s painting, Boys Fishing, the design envisions each floor of a tower as a horizontal layer of nature, with unique names, colours, and plantings reflecting ecological and cultural themes specific to the context.

Key artwork includes Alexandra Daisy Ginsberg’s Pollinator Pathmaker Paradise Edition and Pollinator Pathmaker: Four Epochs of Paradise, featuring a living sculpture on the terrace and a tapestry in the stairwell, creating an ecological spine linking the floors. Michael Wang’s Holoflora series uses holograms to depict plants extinct in the city.

Based on a plus grid, Office Plus rethinks the workplace from the desk outwards. The Plus Desk, designed by vPPR with Unifor, is central to the flexible workplace, enabling both private and collaborative modes with height-adjustable desks in a plus formation, that can cluster together to create extended chains. This modular system optimises flexibility for teams, while other custom elements such as Plus Seating, Plus Lighting, and Plus Curtains enhance collaboration and acoustic control in the amenity spaces and public areas.

Sustainability measures include pre-loved glazing, 100% recycled paint, reused services, and bespoke EPDs.
