vPPR Collaborates on Future of Regents Park Estate North

vPPR is pleased to be working with Camden Council as part of its Community Investment Programme (CIP) on the emerging vision for Regents Park Estate North, in collaboration with dRMM, who are leading the multi-disciplinary design team.

Drawing on our long-standing experience in Camden – including the Camden Highline proposals and work at Camden Market – we are contributing local knowledge and a strong commitment to socially inclusive, low-carbon design. The vision for Regents Park Estate North seeks to create a landscape-rich neighbourhood that delivers high-quality affordable homes, generous public spaces and improved connections to Euston, generating long-term social value for existing and future residents.

The developing masterplan covers a site currently comprising three residential blocks, a children’s centre and a low-rise commercial parade. Building on earlier engagement, further consultation will continue to shape proposals which could deliver over 500 homes across a range of tenures, alongside a new Children’s and Family Centre and flexible commercial space. Active frontages and clearer public-private relationships aim to enhance safety, wayfinding and access to Regent’s Park.

The project is supported by the Euston Housing Delivery Group and forms part of Camden’s Euston Area Plan. Recognising the significant impacts of HS2 works on local residents, the team will continue to consult on the future of the estate, with a hybrid planning application targeted for submission in late 2026, including an initial phase of around 110 homes.
