A single family dwelling designed to respond to contextual constraints, both in terms of size and form while also creating a unique home with a high level of quality. Measures were taken to ensure the proposal fits within the contextual garage typology, located in a sense area with a history of planning objections and refusals.

The interior of the house is derived from circular modules that are conceptually inserted into the plan to create 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large living room, a garden and a central courtyard. The circular theme results in a fluid yet highly original series of spaces.
The glazed courtyard and garden allow the living spaces to be flooded in light. The scheme intends to create a deliberate feeling of continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces.
